AIESEC

(March 2015 - July 2016)

AIESEC develops the next generation of young leaders with impactful professional and volunteering experiences to activate their leadership potential. (www.aiesec.org)

I joined the organization in March 2015 to be part of the sales team of Volunteering Internships. I contacted students interested in volunteering abroad and interviewed them. I was also responsible for promoting the volunteering projects in Universities and for organizing an event for future volunteers to know more about the organization and the challenges ahead.

In May 2015 I joined the Finance & Legal team as a Manager. My job was to organize and track all financial documentation related to international internships, including invoices and contracts.

Then at September I became a Marketing Team Leader, managing 3 people. I was responsible for:

  • Creating Marketing campaigns

  • Contacting both Universities and Students

  • Activation of Social Media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) with a 330% increase on average Facebook Reach.

In March 2016 I assumed the position of member of the Executive Board and Marketing Director. There I was in charge of 5 people and had the following tasks:

  • Long term planning of the committee

  • Promotion of all products to all stakeholders

  • Recruiting members for the Marketing team

  • Management of Social Media pages

This was a challenging position in which I had good results, such as an 140% increase on average Facebook Reach and 100% increase in university partners. I also developed my Public Speaking and Time Management skills.
