Uniplaces is an online marketplace for booking student accommodation with thousands of verified properties. (www.uniplaces.com)
I joined the company in July 2016 as a Booking Agent Intern. My job was to sell and help customers renting rooms in Lisbon via email and phone calls.
It was an amazing experience and I developed my Communication skills as well as handling with deadlines.
In October 2016 I joined the Ambassador Program as a Student Experience Coordinator. My job is to create and implement strategies to enhance the experience of students.
An example of my work is the Uniplaces Buddy Program (pilot version starting in February 2017).
